Put yourself in the captain’s seat!  You and a guest will visit United Airlines’ state-of-the-art pilot training facility in Denver and experience firsthand the rigorous flight simulators that help make United’s pilots the very best in the business.

You will receive a tour of the facility and then experience the excitement of flying firsthand from the flight deck of a United Airlines flight simulator. A highly qualified United Airlines flight instructor will guide you and your guest through your two-hour long simulator experience.

Your experience will include a tour of the training facility and a two-hour long simulator experience.  Type of fleet aircraft simulator may vary depending on availability.

• Participants will be subject to a security screening and must comply with FAA security regulations.
• Participants must be at least 13 years old.
• Participants must be U.S. Citizens.
• No camera or video equipment is permitted.
• Airfare to the Denver training facility is not included in this package.

Business casual is acceptable attire.  Jeans are also acceptable.

Availability

Dates are flexible, depending upon training center availability.  This experience is available up to one year from end date of this auction (experience expires June 6, 2007).  Experiences take place on both weekdays and weekends.  Reservations are on a space available basis and you should make your reservation several weeks in advance of your desired date.   

Although we do not anticipate a change to your scheduled simulator date and time, our training always takes priority and the possibility of cancellation does exist.  Should this occur, we will reschedule your visit for another date.

Cancellation

If a cancellation is made 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment you will be able to reschedule to an alternate date to be determined by United.  If a cancellation is made less than  72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will lose the value of your experience.
